What do I need for an online consultation?
A phone or computer with a camera, a steady internet connection and a quiet place. Keep your recent reports, current medicines and any home readings (sugar, blood pressure) with you.
How does the video call take place?
When your slot is confirmed we tell you how to join the call from your phone or computer.
Will I get a prescription?
Yes. If medicines are needed, the doctor sends you a signed digital prescription after the consultation. Some medicines cannot be prescribed without an in-person examination; the doctor will tell you if that applies.
Is an online consultation right for an emergency?
No. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital straight away.
